Lantern Festival is upcoming at this saturday.
And the rehersal began last night at kaohsiung 2 hours earlier before I took this picture .Although missed the major Lotus Lantern lighting ,the view is still magnificent with two giant sky light above the river.

Lantern Festival, also known as Shang Yuan Festival, takes place on the fifteenth day of the first moon. Last in a series of springtime celebrations, this "second New Year" is widely celebrated by families all around Taiwan.
