　　Upon being sent to the Legislative Yuan, President Chen's list of Control Yuan nominees immediately came under attack. Chen was outraged over what he perceived was an injustice. Meanwhile, KMT and aborigine legislators continued to protest the lack of aborigines on the list of nominees, while Control Yuan nominee 張建邦 tried to drum up support. Chang, who founded 淡江 University, is counting on the support of the eighteen legislators who are alumni of the University, including 秦慧珠, 李文忠, 朱鳳芝, 林郁方, 黃義交, and 盧秀燕. However, whether he can count on the group for support remains to be seen. The group, on the other hand, needs to consider their party's opinion, alumni relations, and figure out where they stand.

　　打從二十九位監委名單交到立法院就飽受抨擊，陳總統跳出來抱不平，惹的國民黨團很不高興國民黨原住民立委格外火大，因為一整張名單裡面竟然沒有一個原住民反彈聲浪一波未平一波又起，監院院長被提名人張建邦得賣力拉票，創辦淡江大學的他，頭號目標鎖定立委中的淡大校友，像是秦慧珠、李文忠、朱鳳芝、林郁方、黃義交和盧秀燕等十八人，想要套交情，立委們似乎不太領情成了大票倉的淡大幫立委，現在得想想黨團意見、校友情誼，誰該放兩旁，誰又該擺中間。

＜ 唐守義槍枝 終於曝光了 ＞
　　The same kind of gun that was used to shoot the President and the Vice President on 311 has made its debut at the Criminal Investigation Bureau. Ever since, 唐守義, the suspect who was selling this kind of customized guns that was also used on 311 got captured, the CIB found out that almost all of his customized guns have clear marks of soldering on the barrel and on the bottom of the gun. Take a look more closely, it won't be hard to find the soldering mark on 唐守義 's guns. Usually, you won't find these marks on ordinary customized guns. The CIB hopes that the public can report any useable information if they find similar guns that has this kind of soldering marks. The speaker of the CIB, 侯友宜 stated that from the evidence they found on 唐守義 's gun, they can be sure that the gun that were used in the shooting of 311 was fired twice with two bullets. CIB also asked all the police to pay extra attentions on every customized gun to see if there are similar soldering marks. This way, it would be quicker to find the suspect who fired shots at the shooting of 311.

　　槍擊正副總統的同型槍枝第一次公開，刑事局擺開大陣仗公開說明，自從查到嫌犯唐守義販賣改造的槍枝，就是319槍擊案的手槍後，專案小組發現，唐守義改造的槍，最大的特徵就在於槍枝槍管和底座，都有明顯的焊接痕跡。仔細看，唐守義賣的改造槍，焊接的痕跡清晰可見，一般的改造手槍，沒動過手腳，是一體成形。專案小組根據這樣的特徵，要全國民眾一起來提供線索。侯友宜還說，檢驗唐守義販賣的槍枝，可以證明槍擊正副總統，是一把槍擊發兩顆子彈。專案小組要求全國的警察，都要注意改造手槍有沒有焊接的痕跡，如此一來，就能找到誰用過這樣的手槍。

＜ 彈槍去追人 進展怎麼樣 ＞
　　The model of firearm that wounded the President and Vice President was described to the 200 Criminal Investigation Bureau heads that attended the meeting. The investigation, which started in Tainan and has now spread to the entire island, is now targeting the 20 individuals who bought 19 refurbished guns from 唐守義. The whereabouts of the guns and an estimated 300 bullets are unclear. However, due to the unique features of the guns, the police are confident they will be able to track them down easily. Apart from spending much time investigating the origins of the guns, the Criminal Investigation Bureau is also providing a 53 million NT cash reward for any information leading up to the arrest of the gunman, encouraging the police and the public to work together to crack the case open.

　　槍傷總統副總統的槍枝模樣出來了，把這個訊息，告訴全國刑事組長會議的兩百多位刑事主管，希望把偵辦的地區，從台南擴大到全國，一起追槍。追拿槍手，全國警方不敢鬆懈，因為唐守義改造的十九把手槍，已經流入市面大約三百多顆子彈，特徵明顯，警方追查，十分容易。目前警方已經查到使用唐守義改造的槍枝，大約二十名嫌犯，但是由於後來陸續發生的槍擊案，槍手使用的槍枝也更多元，刑事局除了仔細比對槍枝來源，也提供檢舉獎金5300萬元，鼓勵警民一同來破案。

＜ 卓越要喊停 醫院搶病人 ＞
　　More than three thousand doctors from hospitals and medical center walked out to protest the Advanced Health Insurance Plan which made them hard to earn a living. This protest even made 張鴻仁, the vice minister of the Department of Health to resign. And now, almost every hospital's emergency room is full to its capacity and with the budget of advanced plan being short. Hospitals will start to limit appointments and those who cannot get their spots will start to report to the emergency room. All of these problems are said to be caused by the advanced plan. When the minister of the Department of the Health, 陳建仁 was questioned at the Legislative Yuan, he said that the advanced plan is under a short-term contract, and it is still in the evaluation process. Although the termination of the contract might solve the limited appointments problem, but it will also create the problem of big hospitals taking over all the patients to make profits; making smaller hospitals or clinics difficult to make money. Some said, when the advanced plan is terminated, many of the hospitals might be closed because of financial difficulty. However, if the public doesn't how to use medical resources wisely, alone with limited national health insurance budget, the termination of the advanced plan will never solve the medical problem

　　十月12號，國內三千多名地區醫院醫師，破天荒走上街頭，抗議健保卓越計畫，讓他們無法生存，這場抗議還造成衛生署副署長張鴻仁請辭下台。而再看到大醫院現在急診床位幾乎排到走廊，因為部份醫院卓越計畫預算，年底就要用完，開始限診，掛不到門診號碼的民眾開始擠向急診。這些醫界亂象，矛頭指向才實施半年的卓越計畫，因此衛生署長陳建仁上午在立院備詢時表示，卓越計畫是採合約制，現在到了年底，的確正在進行評估但當卓越計畫喊停，雖然解決了限診問題，卻可能造成醫院大搶病人衝業績，醫院的營運可能會更加困難，首當其衝就是中小型醫院。恐怕半年後就會有部份醫院倒閉，如果健保預算有限，民眾不懂得珍惜醫療資源，健保問題絕對不會因為卓越計畫喊停，因此結束。

＜ 補習班演習 怎樣才安全 ＞
　　As dense smoke fills up the interior of the cram school and a recording starts blasting, students cover up their faces as they are directed outside. Meanwhile, students trapped on the third floor of the building use the fire escape to get out. Over the course of the evacuation, some people are injured while others are suffering the effects of smoke inhalation. The rescue personnel hurriedly send them to the hospital. As teachers check to make sure that all their students got out safely, a squad of school staff get to work to try to put out the fire as they wait for the firefighters to arrive. Fortunately, the fire isn't a big one. Since there are over two thousand cram schools in Taipei alone, apart from choosing a legal and standard-compliant one, it is also very important to remember three things when selecting a school for your children: First, check to make sure the fire extinguishers and other facilities have not expired. Second, make sure signs pointing towards the emergency exits are clear. And third, there should always be automatic firefighting systems in place on the tenth floor and above. Keeping all this in mind, parents will have one less thing to worry about when it comes to their children's safety.

　　濃煙不斷往補習班裡面竄，聽到廣播，學生們趕緊摀住口鼻，一個一個快速被引導出來同一時間受困在三樓的學生，運用緩降梯，安全到達地面，在逃生過程當中，有的人受傷，有的人嗆傷，救難班人員緊急幫包紮送醫在班導師點名，確定學生全員到齊，都疏散到外面了，接下來就是滅火的工作還好火勢不大，補習班組成的消防自衛隊，在消防人員到達前，作好初期滅火的工作，光台北市就有二千二百多家的補習班，除了要選擇合法立案，還有三點要注意看看消防設備滅火器是否過期，避難逃生標示是否清楚，還有十樓以上是否有自動滅火設備，家長多一層顧慮，小孩在裡面補得安心。

＜ 腳踏車停放 首座雙層塔 ＞
　　After the countdown, the first double layer bicycle rack parking system is officially in use. Taipei City Mayor馬英九 first tried it out by parking one and he gave it great compliments. Lots of bicycles are always parked around the MRT stations in a very disorganized fashion with never enough parking spaces. To improve such conditions Taipei City government imported this double layer bicycle rack park system all the way from Japan and sets it up first at the 北投 MRT station for trial. There are 32 sets of racks with 64 parking spaces that save room and accommodates for more parking of bicycles. Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation stresses that if the trial period goes well, they will set up 300 more sets of this double layer bicycle rack parking system at other chosen MRT stations in the next 2 years. This is to offer more convenience for all bicyclists when taking MRT rides in the near future.

　　倒數聲中,全台北第一個雙層腳踏車架正式啟用。台北市長馬英九率先推腳踏車試用,讚不絕口。捷運車站附近總是停滿腳踏車,既雜亂又一位難求,台北市政府為了改善這種情況,遠從日本引進雙層停車架,並且在北投捷運站試用。32組共64個停車位,節省空間又可以增加停車數量。捷運公司強調,如果試辦良好,未來兩年內將選擇其他捷運站,各增設300組雙層停車架,讓民眾都能騎乘腳踏車,快樂搭捷運。

　　This rookie whose name is 廖于誠 was throwing hard at the CBL tryout for new rookies. Although he doesn't have much spectacular playing experiences that can be put on the resume, but his control is considered above average.
