＜ 選後的關係 美國會促談 ＞
　　　　President Bush won the U.S. presidency again. And whether there will be a change in U.S., China and Taiwan relations, some legislators believe the answer is no. However, no one can deny the remarks made by U.S. State of Secretary Colin Powell during his visit to Beijing. How do Taiwan and U.S. build trust is the number one task to do after U.S. election. Some scholars believe that President Bush could help Taiwan retrieve dialogue with China. President Chen Shui-bian also said to the public that next year in Spring is the best time for the cross strait to talk. But how exactly could we do this. Would U.S. be a 3rd person delivering message for us? We're all looking forward to see how U.S. can help us.

　　　　It should have been a happy occasion. While the Republic of Vanuatu's national flag flies outside the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, reports have been circulating that Vanuatu's Foreign Minister set off firecrackers in Vanuatu to show that Vanuatu Prime Minister Vohor made the trip to Taiwan and signed the documents privately, without the knowledge or consent of the Foreign Minister. Therefore, the newly established diplomatic ties are not only invalid, but Vanuatu will continue to uphold the One China principle. Republic of China Foreign Minister Mark Chen, on the other hand, continued denying that there were any problems. In the past, Taiwan's diplomatic ties with countries such Papua New Guinea were declared invalid due to political changes.Therefore, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs can't afford not to investigate this matter to the fullest.

＜ 民進黨造勢 強棒的出擊 ＞
　　　　These 6 candidates are running inthe year-end legislative election. They are the DPP's star candidates in the second district of Taipei County. Two are incumbent legislators; the others are two lawyers and two incumbent members of the County Council. Together, they will combine their respective expertise to enter the legislature. 李應元 pointed out that deploying a vote distribution strategy is the only way to send all the candidates to the legislative yuan. He criticized the KMT's lack of unity and failure to exercise a similar strategy, which Lee predicts will bring election losses to the party. The 6 candidates spread the banner and officially unveil advertisement for the joint campaign. ＜ 國親的喊話 連宋下午說 ＞
　　　　Here is the KMT's office. DPP and PFP legislators criticized the high court for being injustice because the high court were expected to deliver their verdict on whether the result of the March 20 presidential election should be annulled, but because of Pan Green's political pressure and involvement, the high court did not dare to do a more thorough investigation. PFP chairman James Soong was not safistied with the result as well. On the other hand, DPP asked the Pan-Blue to learn from their U.S. counterparts Kerry. They wish the Pan-Blue to stop create chaos for the sake of peace in society. Soon after the high court announced the result, Lien Chan, James Soong, Wang Jing-ping and Ma Ying-jeou held a media conference. Whether there will be an end of this whole matter, we'll have to wait and see.

　　　　走進黨團辦公室，國親立委表情嚴肅，面對下午宣判有史以來台灣首次總統當選無效之訴，痛批法院至今沒有對啟動國安機制、三一九槍擊案等五大疑點作充分調查，判決結果，有政治力介入。親民黨主席宋楚瑜也質疑高院的判決結果。面對質疑聲浪，民進黨團請國親好好檢討，美國總統大選，凱瑞不等俄亥俄州票數爭議，就有風度的承認敗選，為何國親不能，還要繼續撕裂社會傷口。雙方都呼籲選民要冷靜理性接受結果，而在宣判後，連宋王馬四人也召開記者會，只是三二零以來的選舉紛爭能否落幕，還有待觀察。

＜ 新生兒罹癌 新藥救回來 ＞
　　　　This eight-month old baby girl may be on a hospital bed, but she is healthy as ever. Believe it or not, a month ago, she was in a coma with a rare kind of leukemia. And after it was treated with a marrow transplant, the girl suffered liver blockage which put her life at risk. To save the infant's life, the doctor researched on the internet for possible medication and found a medicine administered with a syringe manufactured in Italy. 　　　　97 year old Mrs. Hu smiles happily as she sings "Happy Birthday." It is not her birthday, but it truly is a new start in life for her. Half a year ago, a brain tumor robbed her of the ability to speak and swallow, but now, after successful brain surgery, she can once again speak. Mrs. Hu's relatives have watched over carefully over the past six months, and are thankful and happy. Her son says that prior to her surgery, they all knew that there was the possibility that she wouldn't make it. Her surgeons had never operated on a patient of such advanced age, but all were touched by Hu's will to live. Hu happily waved goodbye to everyone as she left the hospital.
